We ship across Canada from Vancouver, BC. Canada is the only destination we cover for now, and we're working on opening up more regions soon.

Rates & speed

Tracked shipping is calculated from your address at checkout, from CA$20.99 in BC up to CA$34.99 in the far north.

• ON / QC · CA$24.99, 3–6 business days.
• Atlantic Canada · CA$27.99–CA$29.99, 4–8 business days.
• Territories · CA$33.99–CA$34.99, 5–10 business days.
• Free tracked shipping when your cart subtotal is CA$300 or more (before discounts).

Dispatch

Orders confirmed before 1pm PT typically ship the same business day. Every order includes a tracking number, available on your account and the tracking page.

Packaging

All orders ship in plain, unbranded packaging with a numbered return address. Lyophilized material is temperature-stable for transit; store per each product's label on arrival.

Signature

Orders over CA$400 and any reshipment require a signature on delivery.
