We ship across Canada from Vancouver, BC. Canada is the only destination we cover for now, and we're working on opening up more regions soon.

Tracked shipping is calculated from your address at checkout, from CA$20.99 in BC up to CA$34.99 in the far north.

Metro Vancouver same-day

If you are inside Metro Vancouver, you can skip the post entirely. Order before 2pm PT on a business day and it arrives the same day, priced by distance from our dispatch point starting at CA$25. Pre-order

Some sizes are listed as pre-order while a lot is inbound to Vancouver. Those orders ship within 14 days of payment — usually in the first couple of days. If we have not shipped by then, we refund you in full. Same-day Metro Vancouver delivery is not available on a pre-order.

Dispatch

Orders confirmed before 1pm PT typically ship the same business day. Every order includes a tracking number, available on your account and the tracking page.

Packaging

All orders ship in plain, unbranded packaging with a numbered return address. Lyophilized material is temperature-stable for transit; store per each product's label on arrival.

Signature

Orders over CA$400 and any reshipment require a signature on delivery.
