How to order

Checkout takes a minute. You place your order first, then send payment using the reference code shown on the confirmation screen. Your order is held for you while payment is pending.

Interac e-Transfer

Choose Interac e-Transfer and place your order.
Your confirmation screen shows six short steps: the contact name to save us under, the email to send to, the exact security question and answer to set, the amount, and your order digits for the message field.
Follow them exactly — the question, answer, and message are how we match and deposit your payment.
We accept transfers throughout the day; you'll get a confirmation email within a few hours, and your order ships with the next dispatch.

Credit or debit card

When enabled, choose Credit card at checkout.
Enter the card details in Square's secure hosted form. Kits never receives or stores the complete card number.
Successful payments confirm the order immediately. If Square returns a processing status, do not retry; the order updates automatically through the signed webhook.

Bitcoin

Choose Bitcoin and place your order.
You'll see a payment address and a QR code with the exact amount, locked to the current rate for a short window.
Once the network confirms your payment, your order advances automatically. No waiting on us.

USDT / USDC

When enabled, stablecoin payments work the same way as Bitcoin, through our crypto processor. The option appears at checkout if it is currently available.

Payment window

E-Transfer orders are held for 24 hours; crypto orders for 6 hours. If payment doesn't arrive in time the order expires and the reserved stock is released. You can simply order again. Payment instructions always remain available on your confirmation page, in your account, and on the order tracking page, so you never depend on email.
