Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale govern your purchase from Kits Peptides ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them.

1. Research-use-only covenant

You covenant that all products are purchased solely as laboratory reagents for in-vitro research, are not for human or veterinary consumption, and will not be resold or supplied for any use in humans or animals. See our Research Use Only policy.

2. Eligibility & attestation

You confirm you are at least 19 years old (the age of majority in British Columbia) and a qualified researcher or affiliated with a research institution. We record your attestation, including timestamp and IP address, as a condition of sale.

3. Orders & payment

Prices are in Canadian dollars and exclude applicable taxes. Orders are held pending payment for the stated window and expire automatically if unpaid. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

4. Shipping

We ship within Canada only. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery to the carrier. See our Shipping policy.

5. Returns

Because these are research materials, all sales are final once shipped. Genuine product issues are handled case-by-case via support; remedies, where offered, are provided as store credit.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

Products are provided "as is" for research use. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. No warranty is made regarding suitability for any use in humans or animals.

7. Assumption of risk & indemnification

You assume all risk and liability arising from your possession, handling, and use of the products, and you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, loss, or damage arising from your use or misuse of the products or your breach of these terms.

8. Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Compliance with law

You are responsible for compliance with all laws applicable to your purchase, possession, and use of the products.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, and disputes are subject to the courts of British Columbia.
