This Privacy Policy explains how Kits Peptides (“Kits Peptides,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit kitspeps.com(the “Site”) or place an order. We handle personal information in a manner consistent with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act(PIPEDA), British Columbia’s Personal Information Protection Act(PIPA), and Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), as applicable.

Our products are supplied strictly as laboratory reagents for in-vitro research use only, and the Site is intended solely for individuals who are 19 years of age or older. By using the Site or providing information to us, you consent to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Who we are

Kits Peptides is a supplier of research compounds based in Kitsilano, Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, shipping domestically within Canada. For any privacy question, or to exercise any right described below, contact us through our contact page.

2. Information we collect

We collect only the information we need to operate the Site and fulfill your orders:

• Order and shipping information: name, email address, shipping address, and (optionally) a phone number, together with the contents of your order.
• Account information: if you create an account, your email address and a securely hashed password. We never store your password in readable form.
• Payment information: for cryptocurrency payments we store only the invoice identifier returned by our third-party payment processor, which handles the transaction. For Interac e-Transfer we store the reference code associated with your order. When card payments are enabled, card details are entered directly into Square's secure payment form; we receive a single-use token and retain the Square payment identifier, status, receipt link, card brand, and last four digits. We never collect or store complete credit-card numbers or bank credentials.
• Compliance and attestation records: the age (19+), qualified-researcher, and research-use-only attestations you accept at checkout, together with the date, time, and IP address at which you accepted them, retained as a record of consent.
• Marketing consent records: if you opt in to marketing, your email address, any phone number you provide, the exact consent wording shown to you, and the date, IP address, and source of your consent, retained as evidence of express consent under CASL.
• Technical information: IP address, browser type and user-agent, device and referral data, and information collected through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 6).
• Referral and affiliate information: if you arrive through a creator link or code, we record the associated code and click so the correct partner is credited.
• Communications: any information you provide when you contact support or submit a form.

3. How we use your information

• To process, ship, and provide support for your orders, and to send transactional messages such as payment instructions and shipping confirmations;
• To operate optional features you choose to use, including accounts, rewards, referrals, and back-in-stock notifications;

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We disclose it only as follows:

• Service providers: we use trusted third parties to operate the Site, including a website-hosting and content-delivery provider, a managed database provider, a transactional-email provider, a cryptocurrency payment processor, and shipping carriers. These providers process personal information only on our instructions and for the purposes described here.
• Legal and protective disclosures: we may disclose information where required or permitted by law, to comply with a lawful request, subpoena, court order, or investigation, to enforce our Terms, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Kits Peptides, our customers, or others.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

We use a small number of cookies and browser-storage items, all functional:

• A session cookie to keep you signed in if you have an account;
• Local storage to remember the contents of your cart;
• A referral cookie (retained for up to 30 days) so that a creator who referred you is credited if you order;
• An anonymous, randomly generated analytics cookie (retained for up to 180 days) used to understand how the Site is used — pages viewed, items added to a cart, searches, and checkout steps. This data is collected and stored only on our own systems, is keyed to a random identifier rather than your name, records only your approximate region (never your IP address), and is never shared with advertising or analytics companies.

We do not use advertising trackers, third-party ad pixels, or cross-site behavioural advertising, and our usage analytics are first-party only and do not build advertising profiles. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling functional cookies may affect how the Site works.

7. Cross-border storage and processing

Some of our service providers store or process personal information on servers located outside of Canada, including in the United States. This Policy is governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute relating to this Policy is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia.
