How do I know your products are legitimate?
We publish the certificates of analysisthat independent labs issued to our supplier for the production lots we stock, and each order records the batch that filled it. Where do you ship?
Across Canada only, from Vancouver. Tracked Canada Post, CA$19.99 to every province, free over CA$99 in BC and CA$150 elsewhere, in protective packaging. See shipping for rates by province. Metro Vancouver addresses can also choose same-day delivery, priced by distance from CA$25.
How fast will my order arrive?
Orders confirmed before 2pm PT usually ship the same business day; delivery is typically 1–5 business days depending on the option chosen. Metro Vancouver same-day orders placed before 2pm PT arrive that day. Pre-order items ship within 14 business days of payment, usually in the first couple of days.
What is your return policy?
Because these are research materials, all sales are final once shipped. If there is a genuine issue with a product, contact supportand we'll make it right. Pre-order items that have not shipped within 14 business days of payment are refunded in full. Full detail in the terms of sale.
Do you provide dosing or usage guidance?
No. Products are supplied strictly as laboratory reagents for research use only. We do not provide dosing, routes of administration, or usage instructions, and we make no health claims. Our guides cover laboratory handling and analytical topics only.
Do I need an account?
No, guest checkout is available. An account lets you earn rewards points, use referrals, and track order history. You can also track an order as a guest.
What is a certificate of analysis (COA)?
A COA is the independent lab report for a specific lot. It confirms identity by mass spectrometry and measures purity by HPLC. Who issued your certificates of analysis?
The certificates on our site were issued by independent laboratories, currently Krause Analytical, BT Labs and Freedom Diagnostics, to our supplier for the production lots we stock. The issuing lab's name appears on each certificate. We do not currently commission testing in our own name, so the client named on each PDF is our supplier and our batch code does not appear on it. Our lab standards page explains what the certificates do and do not establish.
What does 'research use only' mean?
Everything we sell is supplied as a laboratory reagent for in-vitro research only. These materials are not approved by Health Canada, carry no DIN, and are not for human or veterinary use. We provide no dosing or usage guidance of any kind. See our research use only policy and what research use only actually means.
How should lyophilized peptides be stored?

Do you sell wholesale or in bulk?
Yes, with no minimum order. Wholesale orders are discounted by order size, up to 35% off the prices on the site. Send the compounds, sizes and quantities through the wholesale enquiry form and we quote per order, including sizes that are not listed on the site.
How are orders packaged?
In protective packaging with a return address, tracked by Canada Post across Canada. Lyophilized material is stable at transit temperatures; store as the label directs on arrival.
How do I use a discount or referral code?
Enter the code in the discount field at checkout. A creator's referral link applies their code automatically. Only one discount applies per order; codes do not stack.
