Frequently asked questions

What payment methods do you accept?

Available methods are shown at checkout and can include Square credit or debit card payments, cryptocurrency, and Interac e-Transfer.

How do I know your products are legitimate?

We send each lot for independent third-party analysis and publish its certificate on our lab results page as testing completes. If you'd like a specific lot's certificate before it's posted, just ask us.

Where do you ship?

Across Canada only, from Vancouver. Tracked Canada Post, free over CA$300, in plain unbranded packaging.

How fast will my order arrive?

Orders confirmed before 1pm PT usually ship the same business day; delivery is typically 1–5 business days depending on the option chosen.

What is your return policy?

Because these are research materials, all sales are final once shipped. If there is a genuine issue with a product, contact support and we'll make it right.

Do you provide dosing or usage guidance?

No. Products are supplied strictly as laboratory reagents for research use only. We do not provide dosing, reconstitution, or usage instructions and make no health claims.

Do I need an account?

No, guest checkout is available. An account lets you earn rewards points, use referrals, and track order history.

What is a certificate of analysis (COA)?

A COA is the independent lab report for a specific lot. It confirms identity by mass spectrometry and measures purity by HPLC. We publish the lab's own PDF on each batch page, and our guide on how to read a peptide COA walks through a real one.

Which lab tests your peptides?

Lots are analyzed by independent third-party laboratories, including BT Labs in Florida and Krause Analytical in Texas. The issuing lab's name appears on each certificate, and the COA references the specific lot you receive.

What does 'research use only' mean?

Everything we sell is supplied as a laboratory reagent for in-vitro research only. These materials are not approved by Health Canada, carry no DIN, and are not for human or veterinary use. We provide no dosing or usage guidance of any kind.

How should lyophilized peptides be stored?

Store lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides at -20°C, sealed and protected from light, as a laboratory reagent. Our storing lyophilized research peptides guide covers reagent handling in detail.

What research peptides do you carry?

Our current catalog includes BPC-157, Retatrutide, GHK-Cu, Melanotan II, Semax, Selank, Ipamorelin, CJC-1295, TB-500, PT-141, Tesamorelin, Semaglutide, and Tirzepatide. See the shop for the full list and per-lot certificates.

Do you ship discreetly?

Yes. All orders ship in plain, unbranded packaging with a numbered return address, tracked by Canada Post across Canada.

How do I use a discount or referral code?

Enter the code in the discount field at checkout. A creator's referral link applies their code automatically. Only one discount applies per order; codes do not stack.
