How do I know your products are legitimate?
We send each lot for independent third-party analysis and publish its certificate on our lab results pageas testing completes. Where do you ship?
Across Canada only, from Vancouver. Tracked Canada Post, free over CA$300, in plain unbranded packaging. See shipping for rates by province. Metro Vancouver addresses can also choose same-day delivery, priced by distance from CA$25.
How fast will my order arrive?
Orders confirmed before 1pm PT usually ship the same business day; delivery is typically 1–5 business days depending on the option chosen. Metro Vancouver same-day orders placed before 2pm PT arrive that day. Pre-order items ship within 14 days of payment, usually in the first couple of days.
What is your return policy?
Because these are research materials, all sales are final once shipped. If there is a genuine issue with a product, contact supportand we'll make it right. Pre-order items that have not shipped within 14 days of payment are refunded in full. Full detail in the terms of sale.
Do you provide dosing or usage guidance?
No. Products are supplied strictly as laboratory reagents for research use only. We do not provide dosing, routes of administration, or usage instructions, and we make no health claims. Our guides cover laboratory handling and analytical topics only.
Do I need an account?
No, guest checkout is available. An account lets you earn rewards points, use referrals, and track order history. You can also track an order as a guest.
What is a certificate of analysis (COA)?
A COA is the independent lab report for a specific lot. It confirms identity by mass spectrometry and measures purity by HPLC. Which lab tests your peptides?
Lots are analyzed by independent third-party laboratories, including Krause Analytical, BT Labs, and Freedom Diagnostics. The issuing lab's name appears on each certificate, and the COA references the specific lot you receive. Our lab standards page covers what we test for.
What does 'research use only' mean?
Everything we sell is supplied as a laboratory reagent for in-vitro research only. These materials are not approved by Health Canada, carry no DIN, and are not for human or veterinary use. How should lyophilized peptides be stored?

How do I use a discount or referral code?
